What OnCue stores

OnCue stores the event details you save, including title, date, time, location, source URL, and extraction notes needed to support editing and troubleshooting.

Google Calendar access

We use connected Google Calendar access only to create calendar events that you choose to sync from OnCue.

Calendar access is optional, can be disconnected by the user, and is separate from signing in with Google.

Uploaded content

Links, captions, and screenshots are used to detect event information and save it to your OnCue calendar. They are not sold or shared for advertising.

Optional product analytics

Firebase Analytics receives limited custom product events such as the screen viewed, selected language, plan category, environment, platform, paywall reason, product period, action result, and normalized error category.

Microsoft Clarity captures privacy-masked session recordings and interaction metadata, including viewed screens, taps, and device metadata. The Clarity SDK generates a random pseudonymous identifier that can persist across sessions on the device. We do not set your OnCue account ID or email as a custom Clarity ID. Masking reduces exposure of sensitive content, but it does not guarantee that all screen content is excluded.

Firebase Crashlytics provides optional crash diagnostics, including crash reports and technical device and app data. OnCue does not attach event content, source links, email, or OnCue account ID as custom analytics properties or Crashlytics attributes.

Firebase Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Firebase Crashlytics are controlled by the same Settings switch and collect only after you accept. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. Rejecting this collection does not block any OnCue feature, including capture, the OnCue calendar, or Google Calendar sync.

Trials and subscriptions

OnCue records trial timestamps, selected access tier, quota use, and a server-side mirror of subscription status to decide which features are available. The free Premium trial is managed by OnCue, does not start a store subscription, does not renew, and does not charge you.

Monthly and annual Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Adapty processes store subscription status for OnCue. OnCue uses the minimum transaction and status data needed to reconcile purchase, renewal, expiry, refund, and manual restore with your OnCue account. Provider and store dashboards do not directly grant OnCue access; the OnCue server remains the access authority.

Account deletion and store billing

Deleting your OnCue account removes account-scoped OnCue data, credentials, access state, and the server-side subscription mirror, then signs the device out. Events already created in an external Google Calendar remain in that Google account.

Deleting your OnCue account or uninstalling OnCue does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel ongoing billing separately through the subscription settings for the store where you purchased Premium.
